Christopher N.  Barakat

commenced his career in sales and business development for industry-leading organizations such as Pfizer, Device Technologies, and Informa.  Chris engaged with billion-dollar enterprises across the Asia-Pacific region, overseeing various facets of the healthcare supply chain.
In 2013, Chris embarked on an entrepreneurial endeavor with HealthShare, a pioneering health technology startup. As Director of Business Development and creator of three highly profitable business units, he led the company to unprecedented growth.
In 2019, he founded a technology company and formed a strategic partnership in 2020 with America's largest medical Point of Care advertising company, effectively expanding the company's reach and influence.
Currently serving as Vice President and Director at Panamera, Chris has collaborated with a revolutionary force in the primary care and employee benefits sector. Together, they have devised disruptive group plans that challenge the prevailing dependence on BUCAs, reshaping the landscape of the industry.
Chris also explores mergers and acquisitions in the environmental services domain, focusing on assessing opportunities in solar energy, battery backup systems, metals and plastics recycling, and other sustainable initiatives. 

Douglas G. Baker

is a co-founder of Panamera Healthcare Corporation.  Doug is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Summit Medical Center in Edmond, Oklahoma and acting Chief Financial Officer of Panamera Holdings Corporation.
Mr. Baker received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.

T. Benjamin Jennings

has over 30 years of senior management experience in building both private and public companies, from a diverse set of industries, including waste management, metal recycling, and high-tech software integration.
His primary focus the last 25 years has been in metal recycling and waste. He founded and built the largest publicly traded metal recycling company - METAL MANAGEMENT (currently Sims Metal Management) at age 33 and raised over a $1 billion USD capital through private offerings and public capital, underwritten by Goldman Sachs and Solomon Brothers. It continues to be the largest (pure play) metal recycling company in the world with a market cap of approximately $3.26 Billion.
Previously, he was part of the senior management team in building USA WASTE, which grew from $8 Million in sales to over $6 Billion before merging with Waste Management. Over the past 13 years, Ben has successfully built private recycling operations from China to Western Europe.
Additionally, he was Executive Chairman and Chief Development Officer of Think Partnership, formerly CGI Holdings, an online marketing and SEO, which grew to a market cap of over $400 million.
Ben also served as Chairman, CEO, and Chief Development Officer of Ceira Technologies, a leading software integration company. The company experienced revenue gains from $0 to over $40 million within two years.
As Executive Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Chasm Industries, an electronics recycling and asset management enterprise, revenue reached more than $120 million within its first 18 months.  

Cris Proler

brings generations of knowledge and direct experience in the metal recycling industry. The Proler family invented the automobile shredder (Prolerizer). Through leading innovation and recognizing the importance of winning relationships with competitors and end-use customers, they set a new standard for the environmental and recycling industry. The Proler family built the first national public company on the AMEX ultimately taking it to the NYSE. Cris was an integral partner in building Metal Management (Sims Metal Mgt) through his work at Proler Southwest, one of the early acquisitions of the company, and building regional success on the gulf coast. After leaving Sims Metal Management in 2009, Cris successfully started and built Proler Steel International (Sold to a private equity group in 2014) and PH STEEL/Proler Group, furthering the standards set by generations of his family through environmental integrity and industry vision, making him one of a few who has successfully greenfielded a fully integrated automobile shredder with full downstream capabilities able to produce between 6k and 8k tons per month of high-grade automobile shred.

Curtis E. Summers

is a Co-Founder of Panamera Healthcare Corp.  Currently, Curtis is the Chief Executive Officer at Summit Medical Center in Edmond, Oklahoma.
He is a Member of American College of Healthcare Executives, Member of The American Marketing Association, Member of Public Relations Society of America, and Member of American Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery.
He previously served as Chief Executive Officer for Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma, LLC and Chief Executive Officer for Foundation Surgical Hospital Management, LLC.
He received an undergraduate degree from Newman University and an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University.

Stanley F. Wilson

completed his first publicly traded M&A when he became President of a NASDAQ small cap company in 1993. Since that time, Stan has completed more than thirty-five (35) business combinations ranging from facilitating the sale of a $130,000,000 oil and natural gas field to $1,000,000 504 offerings.
His public company reverse merger experience ranges from companies trading on NASDAQ to the OTCBB and the Pink Sheets.
As founder of SFW Mergers, Stan is a seasoned M&A professional who combines his executive experience as the former CEO, General Counsel, and Chairman of numerous public companies with his business combination expertise to facilitate M&A and corporate finance transactions for private and public companies.
While available to all sectors, Stan has placed an emphasis in matters affecting the retail automotive sector by completing transactions in all segments including new car franchised, independent and buy-here-pay-here dealerships as well as used motor oil collection and the recycling of all automotive waste streams including scrap metal, tires, batteries, solvents, oil filters and UMO. In the course of the more than thirty-five (35) going public transactions completed, Stan has also facilitated business combinations in oil and gas, telecommunications, specialty finance, and insurance while specializing in reverse merger transactions with existing public companies.
Stan is a 1974 graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law and is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
