JENNINGS

Chairman and CEO

     T. BENJAMIN JENNINGS has over 30 years of senior management experience in building both private and public companies, from a diverse set of industries, including waste management, metal recycling, and high-tech software integration.
    His primary focus the last 25 years has been in metal recycling and waste. He founded and built the largest publicly traded metal recycling company - METAL MANAGEMENT (currently Sims Metal Management) at age 33 and raised over a $1 billion USD capital through private offerings and public capital, underwritten by Goldman Sachs and Solomon Brothers. It continues to be the largest (pure play) metal recycling company in the world with a market cap of approximately $3.26 Billion.
     Previously, he was part of the senior management team in building USA WASTE, which grew from $8 Million in sales to over $6 Billion before merging with Waste Management.
     Over the past 13 years, Ben has successfully built private recycling operations from China to Western Europe.
      Additionally, he was Executive Chairman and Chief Development Officer of Think Partnership, formerly CGI Holdings, an online marketing and SEO, which grew to a market cap of over $400 million.
     Ben also served as Chairman, CEO, and Chief Development Officer of Ceira Technologies, a leading software integration company.   The company experienced revenue gains from $0 to over $40 million within two years.
     As Executive Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Chasm Industries, an electronics recycling and asset management enterprise, revenue reached more than $120 million within its first 18 months.

President and Vice Chairman

CRIS PROLER brings generations of knowledge and direct experience in the metal recycling industry. The Proler family invented the automobile shredder (Prolerizer). Through leading innovation and recognizing the importance of winning relationships with competitors and end-use customers, they set a new standard for the environmental and recycling industry. The Proler family built the first national public company on the AMEX ultimately taking it to the NYSE. Cris was an integral partner in building Metal Management (Sims Metal Mgt) through his work at Proler Southwest, one of the early acquisitions of the company, and building regional success on the gulf coast. After leaving Sim Metal Management in 2009, Cris successfully started and built Proler Steel International (Sold to a private equity group in 2014) and PH STEEL/Proler Group, furthering the standards set by generations of his family through environmental integrity and industry vision, making him one of a few who has successfully greenfielded a fully integrated automobile shredder with full downstream capabilities able to produce between 6k and 8k tons per month of high-grade automobile shred.
